Every time you step foot into the gym, I want you to feel a deep sense of purpose, and have an intention that is rooted in honoring the body and the mind.
I want you to know that you have a coaching staff that cares deeply about how you move and how you feel about your movement practice.
This isn't a "check the boxes' type of program.
AlphaFemme's Embodied Warrior programs are designed for individuals who desire to bridge physiology with psychology.
The mind can so easily pull you back into habitual, obsessive thought and behavior.
It’s key to go back to the place deep inside, where the body does not lie.
The goal of The Embodied Warrior program is to reconnect the body and the mind.
We can misperceive the way we look, feel, and honor our body.
This is where the body and embodiment can play a major role.
When the mind is under obligation or excessively striving it can’t see clearly.
When clear awareness is established, the body can offer valuable information and wisdom as to what is really happening in the present moment.
This program stands apart from other template programs based on the intentional focus on mind body awareness, the experience of the AlphaFemme coaching staff, the accessibility to coaches, and the tools included to develop a sense of connection with self via your physical movement practice.
This program is for individuals who:
-Desire to bridge physiology and psychology
-Desire an intentional structure inside and outside the gym
-Are sick of pain being a limiting factor in your movement experience
-Want to eliminate spending excessive hours in the gym
-Cherrypicking exercises with no clear goal or purpose.
-Struggle with understanding your body's response to stress
-Desire community and a growth minded structure.
6 workouts/ week including strength and aerobic capacity
A deload week between each 4 week cycle
Access to two Zoom calls/month
Zoom calls include lectures discussing the relationship to training, nutrition, and deep relationship to self and others
Group call dates will be announced upon sign up
Weekly intentions, mindfulness practices, and tips to improve movement patterns.

We will address joint and soft tissue issues and provide information on how to properly modify, scale, and rehab based on the issue.
How it works:
Open and rolling registration is available here
After you register, you will receive an access code from the Train Heroic app.
You will download the Train Heroic app, set up your account, enter the code, and immediately see the programming.
Each workout will include warmup, strength and/or conditioning, demo videos, and a space to record your results and notes.
At the beginning of each week a contemplative question will be posed as the intention of the week's training.
