At ALPHFEMME our macro-based nutrition program is designed for your specific needs.

We work 1:1 with clients to dive deep into their nutritional goals and come up with a plan based on their current lifestyle.

Our relationship with food is one of the longest relationships we will have in this lifetime, we strive to help you make it a good one.


Q: How do I get started?

A: Simply choose your plan here.

Our coaching staff will be in contact with a questionnaire within 24 hours of purchasing your product.

Q: How long until I see results?

A: It depends. It depends on your goals, your prior level of activity, your dedication to the programming, your habits, etc. We discuss all of these things within the structure of your program.

Q: Do I need to currently be tracking my food?

A: No.  If you have never tracked food before in your life, we will begin with basics.  We meet you where you are at in your nutrition journey. 




Q: What will I need to begin?

A: We ask that you use MyFitness Pal to track your food intake, download the TrueCoach app for communication with coach, as well as purchase a food scale, something simple to measure grams and ounces.


Q: How do I communicate with my coach?

A: When you sign up for 1:1 coaching, you will be sent an in depth questionnaire via email. We use this in order for Megan to better understand your goals and meet you where you're at.  You will be required to email weekly check ins, and log your goals in the TrueCoach app.

Q: I want to do it, but it's too expensive.

A: We take pride in the quality of programming and coaching within the structure of AlphaFemme. We go above and beyond for our clients from intake, to check ins, to breaking down mental barriers, etc. We want you to feel like part of a team in this journey. We believe you get what you pay for when it comes to coaching and investing in yourself is the most beneficial and life changing decisions you can make.
